Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide!
We love traveling and making friends around the world. We like to be able to ship our products to all of you. We ship internationally with PostNL from the Netherlands which is currently our base.
We will give you the track & trace code so you can stay updated. It usually takes 3 to 10 days for your parcel to be delivered at your doorstep in Europe and might take up to 25 days anywhere outside Europe.
How long does shipping takes in Netherlands?
We ship through PostNL at a flat rate of €6.95.
Your package will typically arrive at your doorstep within 2–4 business days.
Can I also choose to pick up my order?
You can pick up your order for free at Lapjesmarkt in Utrecht every Saturday morning.
We attend the market weekly, but we recommend contacting us in advance to ensure we will be there when you come to pick up your order.
Can I return items?
We accept returns, but kindly ask that you appreciate the unique craftsmanship behind our products. Each piece is ethically handcrafted using traditional natural processes, meaning irregular prints and slight imperfections are part of their charm.
If you're still unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
- We strongly recommend using insured shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or undelivered.
- Once we receive your return, we will process the refund, and you will receive your money back using the same method as your original payment.

What does Made To Order mean?
Why made to order? This is a sustainable solution to prevent a large stock and only produce when there is demand! Due to the handcrafted nature of the garments, it takes time for them to be ready! Probably around 2 months , but we promise it will be worth the wait :)
What is the best way to wash the clothes?
Our items are best washed cold & gentle by hand, ensuring the water temperature does not exceed 20 degrees Celsius. Cotton is a natural fiber prone to shrinking when exposed to high temperatures. Despite being prewashed, shrinkage may still occur at temperatures above 20 degrees. Additionally, we use natural dyes to color our clothes, which may lead to color bleeding if washed in a machine. Therefore, it's advisable to wash them separately by hand.

Why is there a label inside with the name "The Oriental Temple"?
When I first started designing clothes, my brand name was 'The Oriental Temple.'
Later, I changed it to 'Thaamsz,' so my first production is still labeled with the old labels or no label at all.
