With Thaamsz, it is my mission to offer garments and fabrics that are crafted slowly with care, artisanal and made in a transparent and sustainable way.

Each piece offers a glimpse into the magic of traditional Indian textile craftsmanship.

Each piece tells a story of tradition and craftsmanship, and is a tribute to the incredible hospitality and generosity of the Indian people who welcomed me into their homes and their lives

Following my graduation from fashion design school, I travelled to India numerous times, where I stayed with artisans and craftsmen to fully immerse myself in the remarkable textile handcrafts of this country.

Besides clothing, we offer traditional handcrafted Indian fabrics by the meter — from block prints to handwoven cottons, vintage kantha and embroidery. Visit our store or find us every Saturday at the fabric market in Utrecht.
 

OUR STORE 

 Good news! We’re very excited to share that our store at Oudegracht 310 in Utrecht will stay open – no longer a pop-up, but now a permanent store! You’re warmly invited to explore our collection of handcrafted Indian fabrics and clothing.
